Antonella Lauria is a lawyer for various local authorities and companies and deals with matters relating to urban planning and administrative procedures in the field of construction and expropriation. She has also developed significant skills in the sector of real estate transactions.
She is a entitled to act brefore the High Court (Cassazione) and has a significant judicial experience in litigation before the Regional Administrative Courts (TAR), the Court of Appeal (Consiglio di Stato) and the Water Courts.

Core experience and skills

Antonella has been authorised to practice law since 1997 and since then has worked exclusively in the field of administrative law.
From 2002 to 2004 she worked for Allen & Overy and then, after a period in which she was a partner in Prof. Marino Bin’s legal practice, she set up our practice with other colleagues.   

She collaborates on a regular basis with the technical offices of numerous municipalities, who she assists in matters relating to the drafting of urban planning tools, including implementation planning, strategic environmental assessment and environmental impact assessment procedures, as well as procedures on expropriation, with reference also to indemnity profiles.

She assists public bodies and private entities (individuals and companies) in construction procedures, attending to issues of variations in building permits, building permits in derogation of urban planning instruments and permits.

She has been entitled to practise before the High Court (Cassazione) since 2012 and regularly provides legal assistance before the Administrative Regional Courts (TAR) and the Court of Appeal (Consiglio di Stato). She has many years of experience in judgments before the Regional Courts of Public Water and the Superior Court of Public Water.
