Antonia Strafezza has been collaborating with Merani Amministrativisti for two years and has worked exclusively for over thirteen years in the field of general administrative law, public procurement and construction and urban planning.
Thanks to her permanent presence in the Milan office, Antonia directly advices Public Administrations and private client companies located and / or operating in Lombardy.
She regularly assists clients in appeals relating to tender procedures and has gained significant experience in litigation before the Regional Administrative Courts (TAR), as well as before judges in civil cases.
Antonia Strafezza has been a member of the Milan Bar since 2007. After collaborating for over ten years with a Milanese firm specializing in administrative and environmental law, she has been working for Merani Amministrativisti since January 2020.
She usually carries out judicial and extrajudicial legal assistance activities for Public Administrations (basically locate in Lombardy) and private companies, in-house companies, publicly owned companies, mixed companies in the field of public procurement, concessions and construction and urban planning.
She has experience in due diligence operations in the field of administrative law, public tenders and contracts, further to administrative litigation for operations of sale of companies and branches of companies active in the public market.
She has specific skills in the field of construction and town planning, thanks to the assistance she has provided over the years to various public bodies, both in the drafting of general planning documents and subsequent town planning variations, and in the procedures for the adoption/approval of various types of implementation plans.
In the last year she has acquired skills in the field of social housing, collaborating in an important real estate conversion by a leading Italian management company (SGR) of a national investment fund.
In 2021 she also dealt with the Superbonus 110% discipline, collaborating in the drafting of the texts of the related contracts.
She regularly provides judicial assistance in appeals relating to procedures for awarding contracts and concessions, building and urban planning and general administrative law; in the context of litigation on tenders, she has specialized in disputes before the Regional Administrative Courts in awarding facility management services.
Antonia also deals with civil and arbitration litigation in favour of public administrations and private companies for compensation issues related to the execution of public contracts.
