Roberta Giannatempo specialises in out-of-court consultancy for contractors, providing support for the drafting of tender documents, the overall management of procedures and the executive phase of assignments, as well as representing contractors in related litigation before the Regional Administrative Court (TAR) and civil jurisdiction. She also assists companies participating in tender procedures and in the performance of the contracts.
Roberta has been a member of the Bar since 2016 and has been collaborating with us since 2015.
She regularly carries out consultancy and assistance activities to numerous contracting authorities (municipalities, public companies, cultural and museum bodies, public law bodies) in all phases of tender procedure. As part of this consultancy, she provides support with regard to the choice of the type of procedure to be adopted, drafting of tender documents (calls for tender, specifications, market survey notices and invitation letters, direct assignments, contract schemes, minutes, responses to requests for clarification), communications, provisions (admission, exclusion, award, revocation/cancellation, termination, suspension, renewal and extension) and endo-procedural documents (investigative aid, requests for explanation), national and European documentation.
Roberta lends legal advice to the management of the entire procedure for awarding works, services (including architecture and engineering) and supplies under contract, concession and project financing, supporting the officer in charge (R.U.P.) and also dealing with the executive phase (contractual terminations, penalties, price reviews, extensions, variants, reservations).
She has experience in drafting regulations for procedures under the European thresholds, regulations for the Register of Suppliers and regulations for bursary expenses.
She also provides consultancy and assistance to works, services and supply companies in the context of tender procedures, concessions, and project financing, with reference to issues relating to participation in the procedures.
She assists with appeals to the Regional Administrative Court (TAR), relating to tenders and concessions, as well as in civil litigation and with credit recovery procedures and claims to liabilities.
Roberta has a good working knowledge of English.
