Roberto Serventi is a lawyer for several private companies and consortia in the execution of procurement contracts, both in the context of relations with clients (public or private) and with reference to the management of subcontracts.

He also deals with environmental law and urban planning in general, providing assistance to companies in authorisation and remediation procedures, as well as in judgments deriving from pollution.
Roberto has been a member of the Turin Bar since 2008. After collaborating for a short period with a civil law firm, dealing with private contracts and civil extrajudicial activities, he joined Merani Amministrativisti in 2009 and now deals on a permanent basis with administrative law and accounting responsibilities.
He provides assistance to companies in the execution of public and private contracts, in the management of problems arising from such, and the consequent litigation.
As part of this assistance, he is responsible for preparing and revising contracts, providing assistance in negotiations and collaborating on a regular basis with the internal legal offices of large companies, including multinationals.
